The hearing before the LUZ committee has been deferred until Tuesday, April 18 at 5:00pm. RAP has been actively negotiating with the developer, Mark Rubin and his attorney. His company is Accubuild Companies. The planning department has been reviewing the project and should have a report today or tomorrow.

Good point. I find it incredible that RAP believes traffic is going to decrease into the area with new developments currently underway. BTW, wait until College and Post Street go two-way,with parking on both sides,traffic will be backed up for longer periods of time and some of the lesser used streets are going to see a sharp rise in volume.
