Tomorrow evening, Tuesday, October 16, Jill Liberatori and Jennifer McCharen will be teaching a brief course for first-time homebuyers at Inertia Records and Books (formerly of Five Points, now located at 1520 Main Street in Springfield).
The class will begin at 7pm, and will cover subsidies and grants available to median income buyers.
