FRAM kept you company through the cold months but now RAM is back and so are all the great artists, food and performers. To celebrate what is more fun than a ribbon cutting and a parade? Led by Councilman Michael Corrigan and the Raines High School Marching Vikings Band and joined by city officials and dignitaries, jugglers, clowns, River Walk 2RAM walkers, RAM Volunteers, decorated dogs, belly dancers, street performers, Jaguar players, and anyone who loves RAM. The parade starts at 9:30am. Then later from 1-3:30pm, The Mike Shackleford takes the main stage but the rest of the performers will be keeping you entertained all day.
