Break out your cycling shoes because Open Roads Cycle is bringing Belgian Style Cyclocross to the 'hood.This training series will take place RAIN or SHINE on Wednesday nights through December 8 at Fishweir Park. Registration from 6:00-6:30pm. Races start at 6:30pm and last 45mins.
$10 entry fee includes insurance and a 1-day license is available at registration. HELMET & REAR LIGHT REQUIRED! Front light suggested! Prizes 3 deep plus! All types of bicycles are welcome. Come out, ride or watch, bring a cowbell and cheer on your favorite racer. Kids, come watch mom and dad wipe out!
(Directions: Herschel St. to Fishweir Creek Lane or if coming from Roosevelt take Park Street to Yukon or Glendale Streets.)
