This Saturday, Riverside will be overflowing with tasty wine and delicious local beer! Riverside’s Intuition Ale Works celebrates the Grand Opening of their tap room from 1pm to 10pm. And in the evening you won’t want to miss the 8th annual Riverside Wine Fest in Five Points.
The Tap Room at Intuition Ale Works, Jacksonville’s newest craft brewery, opens to the public on Saturday. They’ll celebrate their Grand Opening with a variety of draft and cask ales, live music, and wood-fired pizzas from Pele’s Fire Catering. Owner and brewer Ben Davis will be conducting brewery tours every hour on the hour from 1 to 5pm, and guests will also be able to sign up for annual membership to the Intuition Ale Works Mug Club. Yearly membership costs $65 and benefits include discounts on beer and merchandise, special access to limited release brews, invitations to exclusive Mug Club events, and a bag of free Intuition Ale Works gear.

The 8th Annual Riverside Wine Fest takes places from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in Five Points. This is a popular event that features more than 300 wines, food vendors, live entertainment, and shopping in the fun and funky stores of Five Points! Admission is $30 – that includes an engraved wine stem, all-you-can-drink wine, and a $5 coupon for you to redeem that day at participating Five Points merchants and vendors. Proceeds benefit Riverside Avondale Preservation and Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
