As of Sunday, March 14, twice-a-week watering regulations are back in effect for Duval County . The irrigation restrictions are designed to conserve water and encourage efficient water usage in all locations, including commercial and residential properties. The following guidelines apply March through November:
Wednesday and Saturday
Residential landscape irrigation at addresses that end in an odd number or have no address
Thursday and Sunday
Residential landscape irrigation at addresses that end in an even number
Tuesday and Friday

Other components of the restrictions include:
- No irrigation is allowed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Irrigation is limited to ¾ inch of water per irrigation zone and to no more than one hour per irrigation zone on each day that irrigation occurs.
