Cute (but weird!) video made by a RAM fan to inform one and all about the rules of the 2nd Annual Dog Day Parade at the Riverside Arts Market tomorrow. Prizes for the best costume (your dog's, not yours), as well as special dog-themed vendors, doggie wading pools, and a canine Yappy Hour. This was a blast last year!
