See True Grit this weekend at the 5 Points Theatre

This will be the last weekend for True Grit at the 5 Points Theatre! It plays through Thursday the 13th, with shows at 5, 7 & 9 pm on Friday and Saturday, 5 & 7 pm on Sunday, 8:30 pm on Monday and 5, 7 & 9 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

True Grit was the surprise smash hit of the holiday weekend, with fantastic direction by the Coen Brothers and performances by Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon and newcomer Hailee Steinfeld as 14 year old revenge seeker Mattie Ross. It's every bit as good as people say.

Also, the Coen Brothers' first film, Blood Simple, will be shown Friday at 11 pm and Sunday at 3 pm.
